Us
Founded in 1978 by Mark Tannas as a one-man operation, our outfitting business has grown into a proud family legacy. Today, Mark works alongside his son Luke Tannas, continuing a tradition built on hard work, integrity, and a genuine passion for the outdoors. With a third generation already showing interest, the future of Grease Creek Outfitters remains firmly grounded in its heritage.

We specialize in fully guided, one-on-one fair chase hunts, providing personalized experiences tailored to each hunter. Our non-resident tags include opportunities for Whitetail Deer, Mule Deer, and Moose, available for both archery and rifle seasons. For those seeking something different, we also offer unique trapping adventure holidays targeting fur-bearing animals such as marten.
Our team of knowledgeable local guides brings invaluable experience and insight to every hunt. Each guide works closely under the mentorship of the outfitters, ensuring consistency, safety, and a high standard of professionalism throughout your stay.
